All requests for assistance or other contacts are private and confidential. All donations are private and confidential. However, Silent No More Foundation will publicly post names of donors who give permission to do so. All donation information is confidential. The linked credit processing site is encrypted. Credit card information is secure. All donations are processed within 24 hours. Receipts will be sent to the address provided by the donor. There are no refunds unless it's proven an unauthorized individual utilized the credit card. In this case, please notify the Silent No More Foundation's president in writing at 454 Pine St., Suite 2A, Williamsport PA 17701. You will receive a response within 5 business days.
